All parts of the packaging are reusable and / or recyclable. The packaging is made almost entirely of recycled materials and without plastic!
All shipments are insured and traceable.
The recipient may have to sign for delivery.

In the case of a lost package, contact me within 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, and I will ask the carrier to open an investigation.
RETURN OF AN ARTICLE
Once your order has arrived, you are free to examine the items in the same way as in a store, allowing you to confirm that they match what you ordered and wanted.
In the event that you are not absolutely satisfied with your order and to return an item, notify me of your decision within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. I will then provide you with more information on the best way to return the items.
Please note that all return costs (shipping costs) are the responsibility of the buyer.
In order to secure your order, payment will be collected at the time you place your order.
All payments and account details are processed securely and in accordance with European Union e-commerce regulations. Where applicable, VAT (sales tax) is included in the price of the product.

Once the goods have been returned and inspected, reimbursement will be made to the same payment account used when placing your order.
If an item is returned to me damaged, it will not be refunded.
