DELIVERY

 

DELIVERY DELAY

  • Your order will be sent within 5 working days via LaPoste.fr

  • Once your order has been shipped, the transit time depends on the destination. Allow ten days for the EU and the United States. More info on visiting LaPoste.fr

  • Different delivery times may apply to special items and during the holiday season.

 
PACKAGING

  • All items are securely packaged to withstand all travel.

  • All parts of the packaging are reusable and / or recyclable. The packaging is made almost entirely of recycled materials and without plastic!

 

WARNING

  • All shipments are insured and traceable.

  • The recipient may have to sign for delivery.

  • There may be additional import taxes applied to shipments sent outside the European Union.

  • These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated using the total monetary value of each item imported.

 

DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS

  • If a package arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible for further instructions. I will do my best to repair or replace the item.

  • All orders are equipped with a tracking number. You can track your order here

  • In the case of a lost package, contact me within 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, and I will ask the carrier to open an investigation.

 

RETURN OF AN ARTICLE

  • Once your order has arrived, you are free to examine the items in the same way as in a store, allowing you to confirm that they match what you ordered and wanted.

  • In the event that you are not absolutely satisfied with your order and to return an item, notify me of your decision within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. I will then provide you with more information on the best way to return the items.

  • Please note that all return costs (shipping costs) are the responsibility of the buyer.

PAYMENTS

  • In order to secure your order, payment will be collected at the time you place your order.

  • All payments and account details are processed securely and in accordance with European Union e-commerce regulations. Where applicable, VAT (sales tax) is included in the price of the product.

  • Please note that there may be additional customs duties and taxes applied to orders sent outside the European Union. These import charges are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated using the total monetary value of each imported item.

RECEIVE A REFUND

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you can claim a refund. Contact me to find out more.

  • Once the goods have been returned and inspected, reimbursement will be made to the same payment account used when placing your order.

  • If an item is returned to me damaged, it will not be refunded.

CANCEL AN ORDER

  • If you want to cancel your order before shipping, please contact me as soon as possible.

  • I cannot guarantee that free cancellation is possible, but I will do my best.

PRECISION ON "HANDMADE"

Each creation is unique. Each anchor and each impression is carefully handmade by the artist himself. This implies variations in colors and anchoring from one to the other of the creations. Only the most successful are on sale here!

ps: note that the photos taken for the store are therefore significantly variable as well.
